摘　　要：立克次体是一类严格细胞内寄生的原核细胞型微生物,天然寄生于多种吸血节肢动物和昆虫体内,其生物学性状与细菌类似,已被列入生物战剂名录。立克次体病是由立克次体引起的一类人兽共患的自然疫源性疾病,可引起轻度乃至致命性疾病,给人类健康造成了极大威胁。立克次体专性细胞内寄生的生活方式决定其抗生素药敏试验方式与细菌传统方式不同。本文主要综述立克次体的药敏试验和立克次体病的治疗进展。Rickettsia is an obligate intracellular parasitic bacterium that is carried by various sanguivorous arthropods and insects.Rickettsia shares biological traits with other bacteria,and it has been included in the list of biowarfare agents.Rickettsial diseases are zoonoses with natural foci caused by Rickettsia.Rickettsial diseases can be mild or fatal,and they seriously endanger human health.Since Rickettsia is an obligate intracellular parasite,antibiotic susceptibility testing of Rickettsia differs from traditional testing used on other bacteria.This article mainly reviews advances in the study of drug susceptibility testing of Rickettsia and the treatment of rickettsial diseases.
