摘　　要：通过讨论MARPOL公约附则V最新修正案的主要修正内容,分析和总结实施最新修正案后船舶垃圾管理工作在主管机关检查中所暴露出来的问题,提出按照公约新要求对船舶垃圾管理和排放的应对措施,以实现保护海洋环境和顺利通过主管机关检查的目的。This article analyzes and summarizes the problems exposed during the port state authorities＇ inspection on the shipboard garbage management through discussing the major changes of the Annex Vof MARPOL in the latest amen - dment, and further puts forward the for shipboard garbage management and disposal according to the requirements of new convention in order to protect marine environments and pass the inspection of competent au - thority smoothly.
