摘　　要：为解决对射式光电管在翻车机作业过程中经常出现光电管无信号等问题,对黄骅港翻车机系统的光电管应用情况进行分析,设计1种便于光电管安装和调试的支架,并对黄骅港翻车机车皮定位过程中存在的缺陷进行改进,从而降低光电管的故障率,提高车皮定位的准确性。The application of correlative phototube in the car dumper system in Hunaghua Port is analyzed comprehensively to settle the problems of weak signal while operation. A trestle table is designed and installed for adjusting conveniently, and some shortcomings of the car dumper system positioning process are upgraded, with an aim of finding ways of decreasing faults and increasing positioning accuracy.
