摘  要:目的观察陆军士兵肌源性下腰痛不同病程对血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MM)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,以及探讨行为和物理措施干预的效果。方法筛选出52例肌源性下腰痛患者随机为试验A组(亚急性期)及试验B组(迁延期),健康士兵30名为对照组。受训一周后给予检测血清CK-MM、MDA、SOD活性。结果 (1)三组之间血清CK-MM与MDA酶活性有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,试验A、B组SOD活性下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)CK-MM、MDA与SOD活性具有相关性(P<0.001)。(4)CK-MM的灵敏度为0.932,特异度高;SOD的灵敏度为0.75,特异度低。结论 CK-MM、MDA、SOD是肌源性下腰痛相关性指标:CK-MM、MDA酶活力升高,SOD酶活力降低,其中CK-MM与肌源性下腰痛相关性最强。Objective To study influence of different courses of the myogenic low back pain on the activity of creatine kinase-MM(CK-MM),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of tank soldiers,as well to explore the efficacies of behavior and physical interference. Methods According to the epidemiological investigation,30 healthy soldiers was screened as control group,52 patients were screened as group A(subacute group) and group B(delay group). Blood test for detecting the activities of above-mentioned factors was operated after one week training. Results 1)CK-MM and MDA activity difference was significant among these groups(P〈0.05). 2)Compared with control group,the decreasing of SOD activity was significant in group A and B(P〈0.05). 3)There was correlation among CK-MM,MDA,SOD activity(P〈0.001). 4)Sensitivity of CK-MM was 0.932,sensitivity of MDA was 0.808,sensitivity of SOD was 0.75. Conclusion CK-MM,MDA,SOD are the relevant indexes of myogenic low back pain:i.e CK-MM and MDA activity increased but SOD decreased,in which CK-MM is the first in relativity with myogenic low back pain.
