接骨续筋胶囊治疗软组织损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨接骨续筋胶囊治疗软组织损伤的疗效。方法 选择2014年10月~2015年10月我院骨科门诊确诊为软组织损伤96例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组48例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊一次1粒,一日2次,疗程2周;观察组采用接骨续筋胶囊一次5粒,一日3次,疗程2周。治疗后评价疗效,并比较两组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍积分。结果 观察组痊愈19例,显效18例,好转8例,无效3例,有效率为93.8%;对照组痊愈10例,显效12例,好转14例,无效12例,有效率为75.0%,差异有统计学意义（Z=-3.13,P〈0.01）;治疗后临床症状积分比较：观察组疼痛积分（2.2±0.7）分,对照组疼痛积分（2.5±0.8）分,差异无统计学意义;观察组肿胀积分（2.4±0.7）分,功能障碍积分（2.2±0.7）分;对照组肿胀积分（3.7±0.8）分,功能障碍积分（3.5±0.9）分,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 接骨续筋胶囊治疗软组织损伤,能减轻疼痛、局部肿胀,改善功能障碍,疗效确切,值得骨科门诊推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jieguxujin capsule in treatment of soft tissue injury. Methods A total of 96 patients with soft tissue injury in outpatient department of orthopedics in our hospital from October 2014 to Octo- ber 2015,were randomly divided into control group（n=48） and the observation group（n=48）. Patients in control group were taken Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules 1 pill each time, 2 times a day, on successive 2 weeks. Patients in observation group were taken Jieguxujin capsule, 5 pills each time, 3 times a day, on successive 2 weeks. Then thera- peutic effects were evaluated after 5 days, and the integral of swelling, pain, dysfunction were compared between the two group after treatment. Results In the observation group, 19 cases were recoverd, 18 cases were remarkably effec- tive, 8 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 93.8%; while in the control group, 10 cases were recoverd, 12 cases were remarkably effective, 14 cases improved and 12 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 75.0%, there was significant difference in therapeutic effect between the observation group and the control group （Z=-3.13, P〈0.01 ）. The integral of the clinical symptoms were compared after treatment, the integral of pain was （2.2± 0.7） in the observation group and（2.5±0.8） in the control group,there was no significant difference between the obser- vation group and the control group. While the integral of swelling, dysfunction were（2.4±0.7） and （2.2±0.7） in the ob- servation group and（3.7±0.8） and（3.5±0.9） in the control group,there were significant differences between the obser- vation group and the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jieguxujin capsule in treatment of soft tissue injury, can relieve pain and local swelling, improve dysfunction, and it deserves popularization and application.
