摘　　要：铁路货运作为现代物流体系中的重要组成部分，其服务的质量和对经济的贡献程度一直是学界研究的重点。本文以湖南铁路货运作为研究对象，通过分析湖南铁路货运发展现状，基于现代物流的服务理念，对如何评价和提升湖南铁路货运服务质量进行了比较深入的思考和研究。Railway freight transportation, an important part in the modern logistics system, has become a key topic for its service quality and importance in economy. This article firstly analyzes the development of Hunan railway freight ransportation and then applies the modern logistics theory to evaluate and promote of the service quality of Hunan railway freight transportation.
