大学生转专业行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：以安徽工业大学2015级学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法获取数据,利用非参数卡方检验识别出真正的影响因素,并用logsitic模型分析发现,大学生转专业行为具有一定的盲目性和从众性,专业的预期程度、专业与就业的关联度、就业前景预期等因素对转专业的影响较大。By taking students enrolled in 2015 of Anhui University of Technology as research objects,using questionnaire survey to obtain data using nonparametric chi square test to identify real affecting factors,and using Logsiticmodel analysis,it is found that college students change their majors with blindness and conformity.The expected degree of their majors,the degree of association of their majors and employment outlook and other factors all have great influence on the change of theirmajors.
