摘　　要：介绍了基于GPS和电子海图搜救定位原理,解决目前落水人员救援缺陷而开发的一整套智能化水上救生系统,该系统可以自动广播海上遇险人员的精确位置,从而使接收到求救信息的船舶第一时间发现遇险人员并及时展开施救。该系统在胜利油田推广使用,应用效果良好。This paper introduces a set of intelligent water rescue system based on GPS and electronic chart search and rescue, which can solve the current rescue problem of the drowning personnel. The sys- tem can automatically broadcast the precise location of the distressing persons at sea, so that the ships re- ceiving the distress information A time to find distress and timely rescue. The system is popularized and running well in Shengli Oilfield.
