摘  要:目的探讨脑外伤后电解质检测与治疗的有效性。方法随机将方便选取的2010年5月—2016年6月该院收治的62例脑外伤患者均分为实验组和对照组,两组患者分别在手术治疗基础上加用高渗盐水(7.5%)和生理盐水(0.9%)。检测两组患者治疗前后血浆钠、钾、氯浓度变化,观察两组患者颅内压水平。结果治疗后,实验组血清钠(139.7±4.8)mmol/L,血清氯(104.4±5.3)mmol/L,平均颅内压(1.74±0.6)k Pa,各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑外伤后的电解质检测与治疗可帮助纠正机体电解质紊乱,降低颅内高压,有利于疾病治疗及患者康复,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the detection and treatment of electrolytes after brain injury. Methods Convenient selection 62 cases of traumatic brain injury were divided into the experimental group and the control group ran- domly from May 2010 to June 2016. Two groups of patients were treated with hypertonic saline(7.5%) and saline(0.9%) on the basis of surgical treatment. The changes of plasma sodium, potassium and chloride concentrations were detected in the two groups before and after treatment, The level of intracranial pressure in two groups were observed. Results After treat- ment, the experimental group serum sodium (139.7 ± 4.8) mmol/L, serum chlorine (104.4± 5.3) mmol/L, the average intracra- nial pressure (1.74 ± 0.6) kPa, the indicators are better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Detection and treat- ment of brain injury after brain injury can help to correct the body electrolyte disorder, reduce intracranial hypertension, is conducive to disease treatment and rehabilitation of patients, it is Worth to promote the use of.
