46例普外切口感染的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究内涂莫匹罗星治疗普外切口感染相对于常规治疗的优势,以服务于临床。方法方便选取2013年5月—2016年1月入该院普外科进行手术的患者600例,其中发生切口感染52例,对该试验知情且同意46例,随机分为观察组22例和对照组24例,在全身应用抗生素的同时,对照组常规清碘仿创纱条引流,观察组内涂莫匹罗星后凡士林纱条引流,比较两组治疗时间及愈合时间。结果观察组自发现感染进行清创至进行二次缝合的治疗时间为(4.2±1.8)d,切口愈合时间(11.9±2.1)d;对照组治疗时间(11.5±2.1)d,切口愈合时间(26.3±3.8)d,观察组的感染治疗时间(t=6.422,P<0.05)及切口愈合时间(t=0.054,P<0.05)均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在普外切口感染的治疗中,内涂莫匹罗星可以缩短治疗时间,促进感染切口愈合。Objective Study apply mupirocin treatment of general surgery incision infection, as opposed to the advantages of conventional treatment to service in clinic. Results In the observation group since found to be infected with elear record to the treatment time of the seeondary suture （4.2±1.8）d, wound healing time （11.9±2.1）d; in control group, treatment time （11.5± 2.1）d, wound healing time（26.3±3.8）d, the obser- vation group infection treatment time （t = 6.422, P 〈 0.05） and incision healing （t=0.054, P 〈 0.05） of the time were less than that of the control group, with significant difference. Conclusion In the treatment Of general surgery incision infection, with mupiroein can shorten treatment time, promote the healing of incision infection.
