B-Lynch缝合法治疗产后出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨B-Lynch缝合法治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法以2013年1月—2016年5月该院收治的62例产后出血患者为研究对象,随机将入选病例均分为两组。实验组31例,患者以B-Lynch缝合术进行治疗;实验组31例,患者以常规血窦缝合联合宫腔纱布填塞进行治疗。观察两组止血效果及患者术后恢复情况。结果实验组患者止血时间(25.4±6.2)min,术中出血量(571.3±64.5)m L,术后24 h出血量(135.8±27.4)m L,输血率9.68%(3/31),感染率3.23%(1/31),恶露干净时间(26.4±5.5)d,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以B-Lynch缝合术治疗产后出血临床疗效显著,利于患者早期康复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Taking 62 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2016 as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 31 cases were treated with B-Lynch suture, the experimental group of 31 patients, the patients were treated with routine blood sinus suture combined with uterine cavity gauze packing. The hemostatic effect and postoperative recovery of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results Pa- tients in the experimental group bleeding time （25.4 ± 6.2） min, the amount of bleeding （571.3± 64.5） mL, the amount of bleeding after 24 h （135.8 ± 27.4） mL, blood transfusion rate was 9.68% （3/31）, the infection rate was 3.23% （1/31）, lochia time （26.4 ± 5.5） d, the indicators are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is significant, which is benefi- cial to the early rehabilitation of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
