关节镜下空心加压螺钉治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析关节镜下空心加压螺钉治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2016年6月收治的50例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,治疗组采取关节镜下空心加压螺钉治疗,对照组采取切开复位内固定治疗,比较两组治疗优良率及功能训练时间。结果治疗组优良率88%,对照组优良率84%,两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗组开始进行功能训练时间(2.3±0.2)d与对照组(5.6±0.5)d,比较显著较短,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论关节镜下空心加压螺钉治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的临床效果显著,对患者的创伤小,患者术后康复快速,值得临床推广。Objective Analysis under arthroscopy juga between tibial condyle fracture hollow compression screws for the treatment of clinical effect.Methods Random select eminence fracture patients in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 were treated 50 cases of tibial condyles were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each treatment group take arthroseopie cannulated compression screw for the treatment the control group received open re- duction and internal fixation were compared treatment rates and excellent functional training time.Results Excellent rate of 88% in treatment group and control group was 84% in group no significant difference, P〉 0.05. The treatment group began functional training time （2.3 ± 0.2） d and the control group （5.6 ± 0.5） d, more significant shorter, P 〈0.05.Conclusion Arthroscopic eannulated compression screw in treatment of tibial eminence fractures significant clinical effect, little trauma to the patient, rapid postoperative recovery, worthy of promotion.
