地榆升白片治疗病毒性肝炎白细胞减少的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探析采取地榆升白片治疗病毒性肝炎所致白细胞减少的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2008年5月—2015年10月收治的51例病毒性肝炎白细胞减少患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予甘草类制剂、还原型谷胱甘肽保肝降酶等基础治疗,治疗组26例,加地榆升白片口服,对照组25例,加利可君片口服,比较两组治疗前后白细胞计数改善情况及效果。结果治疗组总有效率92.31%与对照组68.0%比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗2周后,治疗组白细胞计数(3.84±0.78)×109/L,治疗4周后(4.02±1.01)×109/L;与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取地榆升白片治疗病毒性肝炎所致白细胞减少的临床效果显著优于口服利可君片,值得临床推广。Objective Take Diyushengbai of tablets in the treatment of viral hepatitis induced leukopenia clinical results. Results Treatment group, the total efficiency of 92.31% compared with the control group, 68.0% dif- ference was significant,P〈0.05; after 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group, white blood cell count （3.84±0.78）×10^9/L, after 4 weeks of treatment （4.02 ± 1.01）×10^9/L; significant difference compared with the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Take Diyushengbai in the treatment of viral hepatitis leukopenia significant clinical effect than oral tablets Jun profitable, worthy of promotion.
