摘　　要：IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)是国家电网公司新一代行政交换网采用的技术体制。随着IMS核心网的建设完成,实现对现有行政交换网业务的有效接管成为IMS业务系统部署的首要任务。文章分析了行政交换网中的集中录音业务需求,设计和实现了一种基于会话初始协议(Session Initial Protocol,SIP)应用服务器方案的集中录音系统,并在IMS行政交换网中进行了部署和测试。测试结果表明,该集中录音系统能够为IMS行政交换网中IP终端及POTS终端提供无差异的录音服务。IMS（IP multimedia subsystem） is the technology for the next generation of the administrative switching network of SGCC. With the construction of IMS core network, the service take-over of the current administrative switching network becomes the most important task of deploying application system in IMS. This paper analyzes the requirements of centralized recording service in the administrative switching network, and then designs and implements a centralized recording system based on the approach of SIP（session initial protocol）. The centralized recording system is deployed and tested in the IMS administrative switching network. Test results show that the centralized recording system can provide the indistinctive recording service for the IP terminals and POTS terminals in IMS administrative switching network.
