城市居民天然气消费价格承受能力的实证分析——以太原市为例

摘　　要：天然气作为清洁高效的优质能源,在能源消费结构中比例将上升。对太原市居民天然气消费价格进行了实证分析,从天然气等热承受价和居民消费购买能力两方面,分析了太原市城镇居民对天然气的价格承受能力;根据天然气替代能源的价格,测算出天然气的等热承受价;从居民消费价格指数(CPI)、天然气消费支出占居民可支配收入的百分比、经济下行对居民购买能力影响三方面,分析了太原市居民消费购买能力。As a clean, efficient and high quality energy, the proportion of natural gas will rise in energy consumption structure. This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the consumption price of natural gas of Taiyuan＇s urban residents,and from two aspects of natural gas＇ s isocaloric affordable price and residents＇ purchasing power, analyzes Taiyuan urban residents＇ affordability of using natural gas, and according to the prices of natural gas＇ s alternative energies, calculates natural gas＇ s isocaloric affordable price, and analyzes Taiyuan urban residents＇ purchasing power from three aspects of the consumer price index（CPI）, the percentage of natural gas＇ s consumption expenditure in residents＇ disposable income,and the influence of economy downward on residents＇ purchasing power.
