摘　　要：从一起探伤放射源丢失事故谈起,分析了事故发生的主要原因,分别从环保部门和用源单位两个方面探寻了如何对移动放射源实施全程监管的相关问题,结合暴露出的问题提出了相应的对策和建议。Based on a loss accident of flaw detection radioactive source,this paper analyzes the main reasons of the accident,probes into some relevant issues of how to implement the whole process monitoring for mobile radioactive sources respectively from the environmental protection departments and the units of using the radioactive sources, and connecting with the problems exposed, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
