摘　　要：微课作为互联网时代新兴教学形式,成为近年来教学实践研究热点之一。分析了士官计算机基础教学存在的突出矛盾,从微课概念内涵、课程设计、模型建构、实践应用等方面提出了士官计算机微课教学新模式,为士官计算机基础教学提供些许启示。Micro-lecture is regarded as a new teaching approach in internet era, and becomes a teaching and research hotspot. We analyze the problems of computer teaching for sergeants, and propose a new teaching mode with micro-lecture, including the concept, course design, model construction and practice application. Our new model may shed some light on teaching sergeants computer courses.
