合训院校初级指挥军官信息素质培养问题探析

摘　　要：合训院校初级指挥军官信息素质的高低直接影响高科技条件下信息化战争的指挥决策效能。在分析合训院校初级指挥军官应具备的信息素质基础上,提出了针对初级指挥军官信息素质能培养建立课程体制、创新教育手段以及完善评价机制。The qualification and capabilities of junior commanding officers in training institutions directly influence their decision-making ability in information warfare under the condition of high technolo gy. In this paper, we analyze the information literacy of the junior commanding officers in training insti tutions, and put forward a curriculum system, and some approaches to innovative education and evalua tion system improvement.
