摘　　要：自2012年新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉州呼图壁县草畜联营合作社成功试点以来,草畜联营合作社"两转三权四统五原则一分配"模式得到广泛推广与运用。在对昌吉州13家草畜联营合作社实地调研的基础上,根据草畜联营合作社绩效评价基本原则,从经济、社会、生态这三个角度对草畜联营合作社运行效果进行综合评价,并提出促进草畜联营合作社可持续发展的对策建议。The pilots of grass and livestock joint - venture cooperatives achieved success in Hutubi county of Changji autonomous prefecture in XinjiangXinjiang since 2012, the mode of ＂ two changes, three rights, four managements, five principles and allocation＂ from the grass and livestock joint - venture cooperatives has been widely promoted and utilized. On the basis of field investigation of thirteen grass and livestock joint -venture cooperatives, according to the basic principle of performance evaluation of the grass and livestock joint - venture cooperatives, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the running effect of the grass and livestock joint - venture cooperatives from three points of view, economy, society and ecology. It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the grass and animal livestock joint - venture cooperatives.
