摘　　要：文章以某区人民检察院2015年办理的基层单位反渎职侵权案件数据为依据,以基层单位渎职侵权案件主要特点为出发点,剖析在基层单位中渎职侵权案件的主要案发环节及原因,并提出相关对策建议,以期对基层单位中渎职侵权犯罪起到遏制作用,从而达到减少和避免基层单位渎职侵权犯罪行为发生的目的。Based on the data of anti-malfeasance cases handled by the people＇s procuratorate of X district in 2015,this paper analyzes the main links and causes of malfeasance cases in grass-roots units,started from the main characteristics of the malfeasance cases. The author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to curb the malfeasance of grass-roots units, so as to reduce and avoid the crime of malfeasance.
