摘　　要：在普雷维什看来,外围资本主义国家,即拉美国家是典型的特权消费社会;特权阶层凭借经济、政治、文化等特权攫取了巨额经济剩余,其中大部分被他们模仿中心资本主义国家的奢侈消费方式消耗掉,从而造成了再生产资本积累的巨大浪费,以致于社会体系缺乏动力和活力,各种危机频发。普雷维什的特权消费社会思想启示我们:只有全面贯彻从严治党战略,深入开展反腐败斗争,强拆特权利益集团利益固化的藩篱,崇尚俭朴精神,才能避免重蹈"拉美发展陷阱"的覆辙;只有坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路,才能实现中华民族的伟大历史复兴。According to Raul Prebisch,the peripheral capitalist countries,i.e. Latin American countries,are typical privileged consumer society. The privileged class get huge economic surplus by economic,political and cultural privileges in a consumer society. Much of economic surplus is consumed by the privileged people that follow the luxurious consumption patterns of central capitalist countries. The consequences are so serious that the reproduction capital accumulation has been tremendously wasted,the social system been short of dynamic,and all kinds of crises emerged. Raul Prebisch＇s theory of privileged consumer society can teach us such lessons：only when we fully implement the strategy of running the party with strict discipline,combating corruption,demolishing the fences protecting privileged interest groups,and regarding frugality as honor can we avoid the development trap experienced by Latin American countries;and only if we take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics can we achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
