摘 要:从贵州六盘水烟区采集感病烟株,采用组织分离法进行病原菌分离纯化,并将培养条件进行优化,以南江3号烟草品种为试材,进行病原菌致病性测定。结果表明,该菌培养最适Na Cl浓度4%,葡萄糖浓度10%,p H值5~7,培养温度25~30℃,最佳侵染温度20~25℃,相对湿度70%以上,该病害应属于中温高湿侵染病害。The isolation and purification of pathogen of a tobacco bacterial disease was conducted from tobacco- growing areas in Liupanshui of Guizhou Province using the issue separation method. Its culture conditions were optimized,and the pathogenicity was measured with Jiangnan 3 as material. The results showed that the optimum growth conditions of this pathogen were 4% of salt concentration,10% of sugar concentration,5 to 7 of p H value,and 25 ~ 30℃ of cultivation temperature. And the best infesting conditions of this pathogen were 20 ~ 25℃ of infesting temperature,and more than 70% of relative humidity. Thus,the disease was easy to infection under middle temperature and high humidity conditions.
