点状剥脱联合高位结扎术在大隐静脉曲张治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨点状剥脱联合高位结扎术在大隐静脉曲张手术中的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年10月-2015年10月大隐静脉曲张患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组应用传统高位结扎及切开剥除术,观察组应用点状剥脱联合高位结扎术,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、出血量、VAS疼痛评分、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切口感染、深静脉血栓发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点状剥脱联合高位结扎术在大隐静脉曲张手术中具备创伤小、恢复快的效果,值得临床进行推广使用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of point-like exfoliation combined with high-level ligation in the operation of varicose great saphenous vein.Method： Sixty patients with varicose veins of great saphenous vein in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with each group 30 cases.The control group was treated with traditional high-level ligation and incision, and the observation group was treated with point-like exfoliation combined with high-level ligation, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result： The operation time, the blood loss, the postoperative pain, the postoperative out-of-bed activity time, the hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The differences in the incidence of infection of incision and deep vein thrombosis between the two groups were not statistically signifieant（P〉0.05）.Corlelusion： Point-like exfoliation combined with high-level ligation can be used in the surgery of great saphenous varicose veins.h has the effect of fast recovery and minimally invasive, it is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
