摘  要:目的:探讨知信行理论为指导的健康教育模式在孕妇维生素D认知及行为改变中的应用效果。方法:将200例孕妇按照建卡时间顺序分成对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用传统的健康宣教,观察组采用知信行理论为指导的健康教育模式对孕妇进行维生素D相关知识的教育,比较两组孕妇对维生素D相关知识的认知水平和维生素D摄入行为依从性的情况。结果:观察组孕妇维生素D相关知识的认知情况及维生素D摄入行为均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对孕妇采用知信行理论为指导的健康教育模式能有效提高孕妇对维生素D的认知水平及摄入行为的依从性,促进母婴健康。Objective: To study the application effect of health education of Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior theory as the instruction model on the cognitive and behavioral change of pregnant women.Method: 200 cases of pregnant women was divided into control group and observation group according to pregnant examination time order, 100 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional health education, the observation group was given Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior theory as the guidance for pregnant women vitamin D health education model, the cognitive level of knowledge about vitamin D and vitamin D intake behavior compliance were compared between the two groups of pregnant women.Result: The cognitive level of knowledge about vitamin D and vitamin D intake behavior compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion : Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior theory as guidance education mode for pregnant women can effectively improve the cognitive level of pregnant women with vitamin D intake and behavior compliance, promote the health of maternal and child.
