摘　　要：简要介绍了手性化学的产生发展及应用。详细介绍了:(1)手性合成、手性识别、手性拆分及在农药研究中的应用;(2)手性构型的电子圆二色(ECD)光谱分析及应用;(3)手性诱导剂的诱导效应及应用。并对手性化学的发展进行了展望。This paper introduces the generation, development, and application of chiral chemistry. Emphases are put on three parts： （1）applications of chiral synthesis, recognition, and separation to pesticide research; （2） electronic circular diehroism spectrum analysis of chiral structures and applications; （3）inductive effects of chiral inducers and their applications. Future developments of chiral chemistry are prospected in the end.
