摘 要:利用亲电取代反应,以十八胺和氯乙酸钠为原料,室内合成了一种"Y"型氨基酸类表面活性剂——N-十八烷基亚氨基二乙酸二钠(CY2);并借助红外光谱对产物的特定官能团进行了表征,同时测定了其表面性能,并评价了其对正己烷的增溶作用,泡沫性能以及钙皂分散力。结果表明:与传统的N-十八烷基氨基乙酸钠相比,CY2的表面活性有所提高(cmc低于传统的一个数量级),且表现出良好增溶性能和泡沫性能,同时钙皂分散力也大大提高。室温下,CY2的cmc为0.47mmol·L^(-1),γ_(cmc)为35.851mN·m^(-1);CY2增溶正己烷的能力是0.914mL·mol^(-1);在cmc处的起泡体积和t_(1/2)分别是37mL,7h;钙皂分散指数为16。Used octadecylamine and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials, Amino-N-octadecyl sodium diac- etate (CY2) is synthesized by electrophilic substitution reaction in the lab, which is a Amino acid surfactant with configuration of "Y". Then verified the special functional groups by IR spectrum, determined the surface proper- ties, and evalued the solubilization, foaming properties and lime soap dispersing power. The results showed that the surface properties of CY2 increased (cmc than conventional one order of magnitude ),and the above-described properties improved obviously, which compared with the traditional surfactant N-octadecyl sodium glycine. At the room temperature, the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of CY2 was 0.47mmol·L^-1, it's γcmc to 35.851mN·m^-1, the ability of CY2 to solubilizing the n-hexane was 0.914mL·mol^-1, the bubble volume and tin at the cmc were 37mL and 7h, and the lime soap dispersion index was 16.
