摘　　要：城市地下电缆检修时,施工人员必须要打开电缆井盖,部分古力井盖更是陈旧,盖体与井圈固为一体,用普通的井盖钩难以启动打开。每到雨季或计划工作检修,维修人员两三个人也很难打开,非常耗费人力和影响工作效率,同时也带来一定风险隐患,结合现场实际情况,经过综合评估和实验,终于在不花费用的情况下,利用平时制作其他成品材料的边角料,制作出一种电缆井盖简易开启装置。解决了问题,提高了工作效率,它能让电缆井盖板的起降工作更安全、方便。10 kV overhead bare conductive line insulation level is low, it is easy to suffer from lightning caused insulator flashover accident. In .this paper, the methods of collecting 10 kV overhead line trip data, site survey topographic and geomorphic features, select the typical location for lightning protection measures of. Through software simulation calculation, will all the protective devices model is embedded into the selected line in, put forward the lightning protection measures for optimal. Using a kind of lightning protection device which is not connected with the earth, and does not affect the safe operation of the line, and can reasonably match counter.
