曲靖市麒麟区人口发展现状、特点分析及应对策略——基于五普、六普数据的分析

摘　　要：了解曲靖市麒麟区人口发展现状及特点,通过整理第五次、第六次人口普查资料,对该区人口发展现状及特点进行深入分析,结果显示,该区人口规模增长、年龄结构转变、乡村性别比偏高、家庭规模缩小、城镇化水平发展快、少数民族人口增长、外来人口增多、人口素质提高。因此,应控制人口增长,防止性别比失衡,积极应对人口老龄化,实现人力资源深度开发,实施科教兴区策略,加强对流动人口的管理,因地制宜推进城市化进程。To understanding the present situation and characteristics of population development in Qilin District of Qujing City.by finishing fifth and sixth census data, an in-depth analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the population development in this area, and put forward countermeasures.Find population size growth,age structure transformation, country sex ratio is higher,family size reduction, urbanization level development fast,minority population growth,alien population increased,population quality improved.So control population growth, preventing sex ratio imbalance, actively respond to population aging, realization human resource depth development, implement the strategy of science and education, strengthen the management of floating population, local conditions to promote the process of Urbanization.
