摘  要:纳米金刚石(nano-diamond,ND)具备高的热稳定性、优异的化学稳定性和足够的比表面积等性质,可作为催化剂载体应用于催化领域。本文综述了利用微波法进行表面涂覆处理的ND在燃料电池方面的应用,重点阐述了以TiO_2/ND(GND,graphic nano-diamond)和TiN/ND为载体制备的铂催化剂和以ND作为基础材料的钴氮共掺碳材料非铂催化剂Co–N–C/ND的制备方法。详述了通过XRD和TEM分析得出的上述生成产物的物相、形貌和组成,以及实验测定的Pt/TiO_2/ND(GND)、Pt/TiN/ND和Co–N–C/ND催化剂的电化学性能。结果显示:用微波法对纳米金刚石表面进行涂覆,可提高其性能,拓展其在催化领域的应用。Nanodiamond(ND)can be used as catalyst carrier in catalytic area because of its excellent thermal conductivity,thermal stability and specific area.This paper reviews the application of microwave coated ND in fuel cells,focusing on the preparation of platinum catalyst which is carried by TiO_2/ND(GND,graphic nano-diamond)and TiN/ND,and Co-N Co-doped ND non-platinum Co-N-C/ND catalyst.Phase,morphology and composition of above products are studied by using XRD and TEM,and the electrochemical activity of Pt/TiO_2/ND(GND),Pt/TiN/ND and Co-N-C/ND catalyst is tested by electrochemical experiment.Results show that coating ND by using microwave will enhance its performance and widen its application in catalyst area.
