摘 要:自从福岛核事故以后,对非安全级系统的抗震性能要求有所提高,对在役非安全级现有设备的验证从时间上要求较紧迫。本文针对红沿河3、4号机组CPR1000对主控室大屏结构及底座抗震要求提升,验证是否满足SSE地震工况下的结构完整性要求,为后续工作的开展提供依据。针对时间要求,采用有限元抗震分析的方法,提出了快速验证流程,通过验证结构能满足抗震要求。通过分析掌握了大屏在地震工况下加速度、变形的分布规律,为大屏设备的鉴定提供数据依据。Since the Fukushima nuclear accident, the requirement for anti-seismic level of the non-security system has been improved. The verification of the existing equipment in service has also become more urgent. In this paper, we mainly focus on the improved anti-seismic requirement of the plant overview panel (POP) pedestal in master-control room in Hongyanhe No.3 and No.4 (CPR1000) and verify whether the POP pedestal meets the requirement of structural integrity in SSE seismic conditions. In this way, we can provide basis for the follow-up work. For the time requirement, we adopt the finite element based anti-seismic analysis, and propose a rapid verification flow to verify that the structures can meet the requirements of earthquake resistance. Based on the analysis, we obtain the distribution of acceleration and deformation of large screen under the earthquake, thus we can provide data basis for the identification of large screen equipment.
