天台乌药散对输卵管的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察天台乌药散对输卵管阻塞模型SD大鼠输卵管的影响。方法:将正常SD雌性大鼠40只按体质量均衡和随机原则分为正常对照组、模型组、妇炎康组、天台乌药散组。正常对照组在大鼠输卵管局部注射生理盐水,模型组和两个实验组注射苯酚胶浆,手术9天后,正常对照组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃,妇炎康组给予7.3 g/(kg·d)妇炎康混悬液灌胃,天台乌药散组给予0.35 g/(kg·d)天台乌药散灌胃,1次/天,持续20天。第21天分离子宫,检测输卵管肌张力;HE染色观察各组大鼠输卵管和卵巢的损伤及修复情况。结果:正常对照组和妇炎康组离体输卵管肌张力明显高于模型组(P<0.01),天台乌药散组离体输卵管肌张力明显高于模型组(P<0.05);妇炎康组及天台乌药散组大鼠输卵管及卵巢病理组织形态学较模型组有显著改变。结论:天台乌药散对于输卵管阻塞有明显的治疗作用,并可改善输卵管肌张力。Objective： To observe the effect of Tiantai Wuyao San on fallopian tubes in SD rat models. Methods：Forty female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups： normal group,model group,Fuyankang group and Tiantai Wuyao San group. Rats in normal group received the injection of saline into both sides of their tubes. Rats in other three groups were injected with phenolatabrine paste. Nine days after operation,normal group and model group were given the same volume of distilled water by intragastric administration; Fuyankang group was treated by Fuyankang suspension at the dosage of 7. 3 g /（ kg·d）; Tiantai Wuyao San group was treated by Tiantai Wuyao San at the dosage of 0. 35 g /（ kg·d） respectively,with once a day and for 20 days.On the 21^（st） day,animals were sacrificed and tubes were separated solely and their smooth muscle contraction force was measured. After tubes were removed,paraffin section and HE staining were made. Results： There was a significant difference between normal group and Fuyankang group according to fallopian tube smooth muscle contraction（ P〈 0. 01）,and there was a significant difference between Tiantai Wuyao San group and model group（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with those in model group,the fallopian tube and ovary pathological histology in Tiantai Wuyao San group and Fuyankang group were significantly improved. Conclusion： Tiantai Wuyao San has an obvious effect in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction,and can improve tubal smooth muscle contraction.
