参芪利心方对慢性心衰患者血清中Galectin-3、BNP表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪利心方对慢性心力衰竭患者体内Galectin-3、BNP表达的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(常规西医治疗),治疗组(常规西医治疗+参芪利心方),观察治疗前后心功能、Galectin-3、BNP的表达。结果:两组患者治疗180天后,心功能均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清中Galectin-3水平较治疗前及对照组均明显减少(P<0.01)。对照组治疗后血清中Galectin-3水平亦较治疗前有减少趋势。治疗后治疗组血清中BNP水平较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),与对照组比较亦明显减少(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后血清中BNP水平较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:参芪利心方能进一步改善慢性心力衰竭患者血清中Galectin-3和BNP水平。Objective： This article discusses the effect of Shenqi Lixin granules on Galectin-3 and BNP expression of patients with heart failure in vivo. Methods： 120 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a treatment group（ conventional western medicine ＋ Shenqi Lixin granules） and a control group（ conventional western medicine）,and observe cardiac function,Galectin-3 and the BNP＇s expression before and after treatment. Results： After treatment of 180 days,the heart function was improved compared before treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups. In the treatment group patients＇ serum Galectin-3 obviously dropped,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Galectin-3 levels in cardiac function grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ levels were significantly increased. Compared with gradeⅡ heart function,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Linear correlation analysis showed that Galectin-3 level and the NT-pro BNP level had a positive correlation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenqi Lixin granules can significantly improve the effect on Galectin-3 and BNP levels of patients with chronic heart failure.
