麝香乌龙丸对类风湿关节炎患者血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香乌龙丸对类风湿关节炎患者血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达水平的影响。方法:将90例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例给予口服麝香乌龙丸治疗,对照组45例给予口服白芍总苷胶囊治疗。治疗2个月后观察两组患者血清中MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平变化。结果:两组患者治疗前后血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平的比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组较对照组在血清MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1方面明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:麝香乌龙丸能降低活动期类风湿关节炎血清中MIF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的水平,阐明了该药治疗类风湿性关节炎的可能作用机制,为临床用药提供实验依据。Objective： To observe the effect of Shexiang Wulong pill on the expression level of serum MIF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 90 cases of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group（ 45 cases） was treated with Shexiang Wulong pill orally,and the control group（ 45 cases） was treated with total glucosides of paeony capsules orally. The changes of serum MIF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were observed after two months of treatment in two groups. Results： In two groups before and after treatment the difference of serum MIF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment in the treatment group the serum MIF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 more obviously decreased compared with that in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shexiang Wulong pill can decrease the level of serum MIF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 of active rheumatoid arthritis,which clarifies the possible mechanism of drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and provides an experimental basis for clinical application of medicine.
