扶正升白汤对妇科恶性肿瘤首次化疗后骨髓抑制的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正升白汤对妇科恶性肿瘤首次化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将首次接受TC方案(紫杉醇+卡铂)化疗的30例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组进行常规化疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服扶正升白汤。观察两组患者的外周血象变化、粒细胞集落刺激因子使用率及行为状态评分等情况。结果:治疗组在化疗第3、7、11、14、17、21天的白细胞数及中性粒细胞数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组集落刺激因子用率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组行为状态评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);结论:扶正升白汤能有效防治妇科恶性肿瘤首次化疗后的骨髓抑制现象。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Shengbai decoction on bone marrow suppression after the first chemotherapy of gynecologic malignant tumor patients. Methods： Divide 30 cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients who received TC regimen（ Paclitaxel ＋ Carboplatin） for the first time into a treatment group and a control group. The control group received the conventional chemotherapy; the treatment group received Fuzheng Shengbai decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group. Observe the changes of blood count,the usage rate of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and the behavioral state score,etc. Results： The white blood cell and granulocyte count of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group on the 3rd day,the 7th day,the 11 th day,the 14 th day,the 17 th day and the 21 st day after chemotherapy,with a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the usage rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the behavioral state score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Shengbai decoction can significantly prevent bone marrow suppression of gynecologic malignant tumor patients who receive chemotherapy for the first time.
