摘 要:研究产出和质检过程同时具有学习效应的EPQ决策问题。由于生产过程的不完备,在生产过程中会生产质量缺陷的产品。在面临常数需求的基础上,建立了产出与质检过程均具有学习效应的成本函数模型,并采用牛顿法进行了求解。数值与敏感性分析表明,随着生产的推进,在早期的生产阶段,单位产品的平均生产时间快速减少,在后期趋于稳定;随着产出率学习系数的增大,最优生产时间缓慢递减;随着质检学习系数的增大,最优生产时间缓慢递增;随着缺陷率的增大,最优成本快速增加。所得结论为决策最优的生产量提供了依据。The EPQ ( economic production quantity) model of learning effect in the process of production and quality inspection is extended. The production process is not perfect, and quality defects will be pro- duced. On the basis of constant demand, a cost function model of the learning effect in the process of pro- duction and quality screening is established, and the solution is solved by Newton method. Numerical and sensitivity analyses show that, along with the advance of production, in the early stages of production, the average production time of the unit product decreases rapidly with the increase of productivity, but the op- timal production time tends to be stable in the later stage. With the increase of learning coefficient, the op- timal production time decreases slowly; with the increase of the quality screening coefficient, the optimal production time increases slowly; with the increase of the defect rate, the optimal total average cost increa- ses quickly. The conclusion provides the basis for the optima/decision.
