摘  要:分析了世界首台1 000 MW二次再热示范机组锅炉汽温偏差产生的原因,提出由于炉膛出口强风环的存在以及燃烧调整不当,塔式锅炉炉膛出口存在烟温偏差的问题,并导致了汽温偏差的产生。通过实践证明,合理的燃烧调整及AGP燃尽风反切可以很好地消除汽温偏差。对于同型机组燃烧调整及消除汽温偏差有较好的借鉴意义。The article analyzes the cause leading to boiler steam temperature deviation in a world's first 1 000 MW demonstration ultra-supercritical unit with double reheat cycles, and gives an opinion that the rotating of residual flue gas from furnace outlet and unreasonable adjustment of combustion were the reason to the deviation of flue gas temperature of tower type boiler, which resulting in the deviation of steam temperature. It is proved in practice that with reasonable adjustment of combustion and reversing tangential over-fire air, the deviation of steam temperature can be eliminated effectively. The article is well advisable to combustion adjustment and elimination of steam temperature deviation of the boilers for this type.
