摘 要:针对世界首台600 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉调试期间点火启动阶段锅炉点火风道损坏及炉膛局部结焦故障,采取改进点火风道结构、降低启动床层厚度、减少锅炉启动总风量、调整点火启动用煤、采用集散给煤方式等优化措施,600 MWCFB锅炉点火启动可实现床下油枪点火启动成功,避免了锅炉结焦风险,保证了机组的安全可靠运行。为后续超临界CFB锅炉设计及点火启动提供借鉴。During debugging of the world first 600 MW supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler, ignition air duct was ever damaged and local coking in the furnace also happened in the stage of ignition start-up. For these problems, structure of ignition air duct was improved, and operational optimization and adjustment were also carried out, such as lowering bed height, reducing the total amount of air flow, adjusting coal type and adopting distributed coal feeding mode. After taking the measures above, ignition start-up by oil gun under the bed was successfully realized, avoiding the risk of coking and ensuring the safety and reliability of the unit operation. It can provide references for the design and ignition startup of the follow-up supercritical CFB boilers.
