摘 要:根据300 MW等级电站锅炉的实际运行情况,分析了燃用高碱煤锅炉存在的主要问题,主要为沾污和结渣,以及随之产生的腐蚀问题和热效率降低。以某新疆煤为例进行了煤质分析,结合其热物理特性探讨了形成沾污结渣的原因。最后结合新疆高碱煤的特点,从锅炉设计和煤粉控制方面提出了多种防止结渣和沾污的技术措施。This paper analyzed the problems of boilers burning high-alkaline coal based on field condition of boilers used in 300 MW grade power station. The fouling and slagging are main problem, which also result in hot corrosion and the decrease of heat transfer efficiency. The coal quality of one Xinjiang coal was examined. The formation reasons of fouling and slagging were discussed on the basis of the coal quality and thermophysical characteristic of ash. A series of preventing measures were suggested based on the characteristics of Xinjiang high-alkaline coal from the aspects of boiler design and controll of coal powder.
