摘　　要：调研发现,目前国内生产的SA210A-1在实际的供料中没有单独坯料,通常会以SA210C坯或20G坯代之。为了研究这种替代方式能否满足SA210A-1材料标准和产品设计要求,通过对SA210M标准中SA210A-1、SA210C及GB 5310标准中的20G成分和性能的比较分析,提出在SA210A-1小口径管采购要求中,应增加Mn下限规定的优化意见。It is found that there＇s no separate billet for SA210A-1 produced in China. The billet is always replaced by SA210C or 20G. In order to study whether the alternative method could meet the material standard and design requirement, the elements and performance of SA210A-1, SA210C and 20G are compared in this paper. The result shows that the minimum of element manganese of SA210A-1 should be raise in the procurement request.
