摘  要:在客运专线桥梁建设中,支承垫石混凝土的质量对整座桥梁的质量有着举足轻重的影响。判断支承垫石混凝土耐久性好坏的一个重要指标就是混凝土的密实度。混凝土的密实度可通过对混凝土直接取芯进行外观判断,也可以用超声波无损检测或用渗水性测定仪器间接判定,但这些检测方法都有速度慢、效率低的缺点,同时还有造成误判的可能。采用冲击弹性波无损检测方法可以有效避免这些不利影响,能够较为准确地测定混凝土内部密实度质量。阐述冲击弹性波无损检测的原理,介绍弹性波检测的测点布置及编号规则、测试数据及结果。In the construction of bridge for passenger railway line, the quality of bearing pad stone concrete has the important influence on the quality of the whole bridge. An important index to judge the concrete durability of bearing pad stone is the compactness of concrete. The concrete compactness can be exteriorly judged by directly coring of concrete, and can also be indirectly judged by the ultrasonic nondestructive testing or water permeability determining instrument. But these methods have the disadvantages of low speed and low efficiency, and also erroneous judgement possibly. The impact elastic wave nondestructive testing method is used able to effectively avoid these adverse impacts, and can more accurately detect the compactness quality in concrete. The article sets forth the principle of impact elastic wave nondestructive detection, and introduces the detecting point layout, numbering rule, detecting data and result of elastic wave detection.
