军民融合背景下中国维和行动引入第三方物流问题研究

摘　　要：为了实现国家富国强兵战略,提高军费效费比,加强中国维和行动后勤保障力度,分析在军民融合背景下第三方物流参与中国维和行动过程中可能出现的经济风险、安全风险及保密风险,提出建立军地一体物流信息平台、规范第三方物流商业行为、提高第三方物流完成维和物资运输任务能力、确保保障效益等措施。This paper focuses on the possible economic risk, security risk and confidential risk in the process of China＇ s peacekeeping operation entangled with the third - party logistics in the context of the integration of the people and the military army, putting forward the measures to improve logistics efficiency and ensure the smooth going of China＇ s peacekeeping operation, such as establishing logistics information platform, standardizing the third - party logistics business behavior, improving the peacekeeping supplies transport capacity of the third - party logistics and ensure the third -party logistics benefits.
