摘　　要：钱穆对于中国近代一些不良学风进行了批评。他认为中国近代学术界存在一些不良学风,只有克服这些不良学风,建设新的学风才有可能。这几种不良学风主要指"懒而躁"的浮躁之风,"博士之学"的乖僻之风,"必以西方为准则"的崇洋之风,"以批判代学问"的疑古之风。钱穆先生心中理想的学风是"心性静细"的沉潜踏实之风,"士大夫之学"的经世致用之风,"广收并蓄"的汇通博雅之风和"择善固执"的笃信好学之风。Qian Mu criticized some unhealthy academic atmosphere in modern China. He believes that a good aca- demic atmosphere cannot be established until this unhealthy academic atmosphere in modern Chinese academia has been overcome. This kind of unhealthy academic atmosphere mainly includes such study styles as fickleness of ＂lazi- ness and impetuosity＂, eccentricity of being too ＂perverse and head-strong＂, worshiping foreign things as to believe ＂the west will be the only criterion＂, and doubting about the past as to ＂replace knowledge with criticism＂. Qian Mu＇s ideal academic atmosphere includes concentration and solidity of being ＂quiet and careful in disposition＂, hu- manistic pragmatism of ＂scholar-officials＇ knowledge＂, being learned and elegant as to ＂widely collect and store＂, and being sincere and diligent as to ＂choose what is good and hold fast to it＂.
