摘　　要：目的运用信息化管理手段,确保患者的用药安全,提高药品管理水平及工作效率。方法介绍某院利用智能药柜对病区药品的监管,建立基数药品实库存定期盘点机制达到实耗实销。结果与结论基于智能药柜的分布式调剂模式让病区药品管理更加规范、精准、高效和安全,是一种值得推广应用的新模式。Objective To ensure patients safety by the information management method, so as to improve the management level and working efficiency. Methods Introduction of using automated dispending cabinet to supervise the ward drugs, to build the base pharmacy of real stock and periodic inventory to achieve real consumption and inventory. Results and Conclusion The decentralized drug distribution by using automated dispending cabinet would facilitate the in the ward drug management, which was worth further extension in the hospital drug management.
