大数据时代军队医学图书馆文献资源的建设与发展——以解放军医学图书馆为例

摘　　要：为了促进军队医学图书馆尽快适应大数据时代的发展，本文综述了军队医学图书馆资源建设现状，以解放军医学图书馆为例介绍了资源建设自建数据库的研发，分析了军队医学图书馆文献资源建设存在的问题，从观念、政策和经费、技术、人才四个方面对对军队图书馆文献资源的建设提出了建议。In order to promote the military medical library to adapt to the development of the big data era as soon as possible, the present situation of military medical library resources construction is stated. Taking the Medical Library of People＇s Liberation Army as an example, research and development of self-buih database is introduced, and the problems in the aspect of document resource are also analyzed. The suggestions about the construction on document resources are given from four aspects of concept, policy and funds, technology and talents.
