摘　　要：本文分别从学术会议信息资源和学术会议论文文献资源两方面对学术会议数字资源的建设和利用现状进行调查研究。调研的范围涵盖国内外公益机构和商业组织，包括公共图书馆、学术机构和目前市场上有一定影响力的大型学术会议资源数据库。分析各个数据库的优缺点，重点指出其建设缓慢、时效性差，以及无一站式服务等共性问题，并在此基础上，对国内学术会议资源的建设和利用提出建议和展望，旨在促进学术会议资源建设力度，加大利用的深度和广度，使学术会议数字化资源发挥最大的社会效用。The purpose of this paper is to analyse the construction and utilization of academic conference resources. This paper respectively investigates two aspects of academic conference database as conference papers resources and conference information collection resources. The public interest organizations and commercial organizations in China and abroad are both investigated. Strength and weakness of every database has been researched which is pointed out that the common problems of existed database are slow development, un-efficiency data dissemination and no one-stop solution. On this basis, this paper provides constructive suggestions and expectation in order to play the largest social utility of academic conference database.
