摘  要:以碳纤维和芳纶纤维为原料制备了三维四层浅交弯联机织物,将酚醛树脂和其他填料组成树脂体系,并与浅交弯联机织物以1∶1(wt,质量比)的比例进行复合成型,制成三维浅交弯联复合材料。通过改变织物的纬密获得3种浅交弯联机复合材料,探究不同纬密对复合材料在经纬向弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的经向弯曲强度先减小后增大,纬向弯曲性能先增大后减小。在纬密相同的条件下,纬向弯曲强度和模量均大于经向。复合材料中的纬密变化会影响预制体的经纱状态,织物孔径和最后与树脂复合的状态从而影响复合材料的弯曲性能。The 3D curved shallow-crossing linking composite was successfully prepared by vacuum hot pressing molding with the shallow-crossing linking fabric and the resin system composed of phenolic resin and filler materials, in where the mass ratio of shallow-crossing linking fabric and resin system was 1:1. In the shallow-crossing linking fabric,the aramid fiber was used as warp yarn, the hybrid fibers made of carbon fiber and aramid fiber used as weft yarn. Three curved shallow-crossing linking composites with different weft density of fabrics were made to research the flexural property of composites in the weft and warp direction. The results showed that the porosity of composites decreased with the increase of weft density,but the flexural properties of composites firstly increased then decreased. Composite showed anisotropy ob- viously in the weft and warp direction,and the flexural strength in weft was higher than that in the warp, under the same weft density condition.
