摘 要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)多孔膜为支撑层,制备了十二苯基低聚倍半硅氧烷(D-POSS)填充聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复合膜,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射、热重分析等对复合表面膜的表面断面形貌、表面化学性质、结晶状态和热性能进行了表征。发现D-POSS与PDMS结合较紧密,D-POSS由于结构规整尺寸较小,易团聚形成棒形结晶。将D-POSS/PDMS复合膜用于低浓度乙醇/水混合物的分离,发现D-POSS的加入可以提高PDMS膜的分离因子,而渗透通量稍有下降,当D-POSS含量为2.5%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,复合膜分离因子和渗透通量分别为9.5和478.3g/(m2·h);操作温度升高,分离因子下降不明显,而渗透通量呈指数增长;在乙醇水溶液浓度为5%~30%范围内,乙醇浓度升高,分离因子先升高后降低,渗透通量持续增大。Dodecyl-phenyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(D-POSS) filled polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) com- posite membranes were prepared with porous PVDF membrane as support layer. The surface and cross-section morpholo- gy,surface chemical properties, crystallinity, and thermal stability of membranes were characterized with SEM, FT-IR, XRD,and TGA analysis. It was found that I)-POSS and PDMS achieved good integration with each. Since D-POSS had nano-scale and well-defined structure, D-POSS aggregated together and formed rod-like crystal. D-POSS/PDMS were ap- plied for the pervaporation separation of ethanol/water mixtures. It was found that the incorporation of D-POSS improved the separation factor of PDMS membrane,and depressed its permeation flux. As D-POSS loading was 2.5wt%, the separa- tion factor and permeation flux were 9.5 and 478.3g/(m2 · h) respectively. With increasing operation temperature, separa- tion factor decreased slightly, while permeation flux increased remarkably. In the range of 5 % ~ 30wt% ethanol concentra- tion,separation factor increased first and then decreased, and permeation flux increased all along with increasing ethanol concentration.
