摘  要:为探索地聚物在发泡过程中掺入多孔相变材料对形成轻质地聚物热湿性能的影响,采用膨胀珍珠岩作为多孔材料,三元低共熔醇酸作为相变材料,利用真空吸附法制得多孔相变材料,通过正交设计,研究了发泡剂、多孔相变材料、养护温度、养护时间等因素对地聚物发泡相变调湿材料物理性能和热湿性能的影响,同时采用功效系数法对其性能进行优选。利用差示扫描量热DSC、扫描电镜SEM对优选材料的相变温度、相变潜热及形貌进行了分析。结果表明,当发泡剂用量1.5%(wt,质量分数,下同),多孔相变材料掺量15%,养护温度80℃,养护时间24h时,所制备的地聚物发泡相变调湿材料热湿性能综合效果最好。To explore the effect of heat and moisture properties of lightweight geopolymer in the foamed process when porous phase change material was mixed with polymer,expanded perlite and the ternary eutectic alkyd were respec- tively used as porous material and phase change material,and porous phase change material was prepared by the vacuum ab- sorption. The orthogonal experiment was used to study the effect for the physical properties and heat-moisture properties of material when the main factors, such as the dosage of foaming agent and porous phase change material, curing temperature, curing time, were changed. Then the samples were optimized using the efficiency coefficient method. In order to demonstrate the combination property of material,phase change temperature and latent heat,the morphology of preferred material were further analyzed by DSC, SEM. The results showed that when the dosage of foaming agent was 1.5wt%, the dosage of por- ous phase change material was 15wt% ,curing temperature was 80℃ and curing time was 24 h,the best combined effect of sample was obtained.
