摘  要:一种变压器用氟硅橡胶密封材料被制备。首先,以1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3′,3′,3′-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)与2,4,6,8-四甲基-2,4,6,8-四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4ⅵ)为单体,通过阴离子开环聚合反应制备了高分子量氟硅生胶,通过红外、核磁对其结构进行了表征。然后,以氟硅生胶为基胶,添加各种助剂制备了氟硅橡胶密封材料,测试了其热老化性能,并考察了硫化剂种类、用量对耐油性的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜测试了耐油前后密封材料断面变化情况。研究发现,制备的密封圈具有良好的耐老化性能和耐油性能,能作为新型密封材料用于变压器的密封。A novel sealing material for transformers was prepared based on fluorosilicone rubber. Firstly,fluorosili cone gum with high molecular weight was synthesized via anionic ring opening polymerization using 1,3,5-trimethyhris-1, 3,5-( 3', 3', 3'-trifluoropropyl )-cyclotrisiloxane ( Da F) and 2,4, 6, 8-tetramethyl-2, 4, 6, 8-tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4 v~ ) as the monomers. The structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectoroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Then, based on fluorosilieone gums,the sealing material was prepared by adding various addi tives. The heat aging resistance was tested, and the effects of variety of vulcanizing agent, the dosage of vulcanizing agent on the oil resistance of material were studied. The change of material section of sealing material before and after immersion was tested by scanning electron microscope. The results revealed that the sealing material had good ageing resistance and oil re- sistance and thus it could be applied for transformers.
