摘 要:采用平板与不同浓度的氯化钠(NaCl)溶液为接收介质制备熔体静电纺聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维膜,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探讨了水溶液接收法对PET纤维膜几何结构、纤维形貌及热学性质的影响。结果表明,水溶液接收可制备三维锥状结构的纤维膜,随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加纤维膜的厚度逐渐降低,而纤维膜底面半径与锥角逐渐增加。以0.5mol/L NaCl溶液为接收介质制得的PET纤维膜的厚度为35.9mm,玻璃化温度为72.32℃,结晶温度为127.97℃,熔融温度为254.25℃,结晶度为15.5%。Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) fiber films were prepared by melt-electrospinning taking plate and different concentrations of sodium chloride(NaC1) solution as collectors, respectively. The effects of water-solution collector on the geometries, morphologies and thermal properties of fiber film were described with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The results showed that 3-D fiber film could be prepared on solution collector, and with the increase of solution concentration, the thickness of film was decreased while the bottom radius and cone angle were increased. The fiber film collected with 0.5mol/L NaCl-solution collector presented thickness of 35.9mm, glass transition temperature of 72.32℃, crystallization temperature of 127.97℃ ,melt temperature of 254.25℃, degree of crystallization of 15.5%.
